Some people are sensitive to certain sunscreen ingredients. I always thought I was sensitive to Titanium Dioxide. But, I didn’t notice it impact my face.

My Experience.
It is very liquidy. And, it provides sheer to medium coverage. Now, my face in the winter is super dry, and dry in the summer. I have been using tretinoin for a year now, and it turned my face dry, unfortunately. So, when it comes to foundations, I need something super hydrating. The foundation itself on my face looks natural and light. I thought it applied best with my beauty sponge as opposed to my hands or brush. I have seen many Youtuber’s who claim to have dry skin applying this foundation with their hands.
Different application methods for Clinique Even Better Glow Perfecting Makeup
1.SPF/Primer/Foundation:
My usual makeup day consists of putting on my go-to SPF( letting it soak in for 20 minutes) and then my go-to hydrating primer before starting with foundation. The foundation did not feel moisturizing on my face and left me with dry patches on my face in certain spots. I did not get any kind of dewy face that people claimed it had on their face. But, everyone’s experience with a foundation is different. Also, it is not a foundations job to be hydrating. But, when I prepare my face with enough hydrating products beforehand I expect my foundation to work well.
2. Only the Foundation:
By itself on my cleanse faced it was very dry. It did not give me a lit from within look.
3. Face oil/Hydrating Primer/ Foundation:
When I really prepared my skin to be ultra-hydrated and then applied this foundation it worked better. So, when I did this, my face finally had a subtle sheen to it. But, I had to use other products that aided to my skin being dewy.
Is it worth it?
I think this foundation would work well with people who have normal to oily skin. Currently, just because I am using tretinoin, it makes finding a light coverage foundation I love really hard. I do think if I had normal/oily skin, this would be a dream for my skin because I love a glowy look. I have always been a fan of Clinique products. And, I would want to try some of their other foundations/tinted moisturizers that are known for being very hydrating as opposed to giving you a glow.
