RX Nut Butter

I love peanut butter like most others in the world. But I try to stick to eating the healthier nut butter, which is almond butter. Rx is a health food brand that is known for its health bars. Their bars are made with simple, wholesome ingredients that I enjoy from time to time. As a health food brand, I love their products. Their latest product I have tried is their nut butter in two flavors: Vanilla Almond Butter and plain Almond Butter.

Nutritional Information in RX Nut Butter

I don’t eat almond butter daily. But, I love eating carrots with almond butter. Most of the time, many almond butters on the market can be high in carbs and sugar. A typical almond butter packet of their’s is under 200 calories. And has 15g of fat, 7g of carbs, 3g of sugar, and 9g of protein. So, I think based off one packet the nutritional stats of this almond butter is great. Below I have the nutritional stats of both the plain almond butter of theirs and the vanilla flavored one.

Ingredients in RX Nut Butter

Like their health bars, the ingredients in their nut butter are super simple. For example, in their plain almond butter flavor, their ingredients include: almonds, egg whites, dates, coconut oil, and sea salt.
In their vanilla almond butter, their ingredients include: almonds, egg whites, dates, coconut oil, sea salt, natural vanilla flavor, vanilla beans, and natural flavors.

Taste

Both flavors of theirs I tried are slightly sweet and taste creamy. I love putting it on toast, in my oatmeal, or eating it with carrots. So far, it is one of my favorite almond butters I have tried taste great and has a low amount of sugar in them. Make sure with the packets that you knead the packet with your hands, so the oils from the nut butter get mixed in with the nuts.
